Watermelon Cucumber Mint Spritzer

Watermelon Cucumber Mint Spritzer
This cool and refreshing drink has lots of flexibility whether you want it sweeter or not so sweet, as a mocktail or as a cocktail. Here is our base and suggestions to keep it interesting and fun!
Mocktail version -
Ingredients:
watermelon or honeydew melon cubes
fresh mint leaves
cucumber slices (with or without peel)
sparkling water/club soda to keep it light (we like Fever Tree) or ginger ale for sweeter
watermelon or honeydew melon wedges or balls
In a glass container muddle 3-4 mint leaves, 1-2 cucumber slices, and 2-3 melon cubes
Pour all the muddled mix into a rocks glass or similar glass
Fill 1/2 way with ice, then pour sparkling water (or ginger ale) to just below the top of the glass
Garnish with melon wedge (or place 2 melon balls on a cocktail skewer) and fresh mint
Cocktail version add in 1/5 oz of either vodka, silver rum, or your favorite spirit before adding the sparkling water or ginger ale. (please drink responsibly😊)

This fresh and lovely beverage is made using a local organic juice and has a couple of variations. Enjoy!
Mocktail version:
Ingredients:
ZNectar Handcrafted Lime and Ginger Beverage (found here or in various local stores: https://znectar.com/collections/all
Choice of Lemon Lime Soda, Club Soda, or Ginger Ale
Fresh mint and Lime garnish
Mocktail
To Mix:
Fill 8 -10 oz glass halfway with ice
Add in 1.5 oz of ZNectar Lime and Ginger beverage (add more/less to taste preference)
Fill with Choice of lemon lime soda, club soda, or ginger ale
Squeeze in lime
For cocktail, add 1.5 oz of either vodka or gin before other ingredients (please drink responsibly😊)

Introducing our refreshing Blueberry Infused Lavender Spritzer Mocktail: A harmonious blend of vibrant blueberries and soothing lavender, creating a delightful symphony of flavors in every sip.
Mocktail Version:
Ingredients:
Fresh or frozen blueberries
Lavender syrup for beverages (Monin has a lovely option but others work well too)
Fresh Basil (can also use fresh mint)
Club Soda (we prefer Fever Tree), sparkling water or Lemon Lime Soda
Fresh Lime wedges
Optional garnish: lavender sprig
Directions:
In a 12 oz glass, muddle 2-3 leaves of fresh basil and blueberries, then fill half way with ice
Add 1-2 pumps of lavender
Top off with your choice of soda (depending on how sweet you would like it)
Garnish with lime wedge, 1-2 leaves of fresh basil (or mint) and optional fresh sprig of lavender
Cocktail option:
Mix as above except add 1.5 oz of vodka after muddling and ice, then add remaining ingredients (please drink responsibly😊)
